I finished the seax this evening. Today I polished the blade and etched in the runes.


(My camera has apparently decided that it needs to distort this piece, in real life the blade looks a bit longer and wider and the grip is slightly narrower)

Finished the carving on the grip and gave it the first coat of oil.

Finished the rough carving.

Shaped the grip and cast on the bolster. Done with the easy part now for some carving.
